•Once they arrive, the fruit is placed in our ripening room, a space specifically designed to manage temperature, humidity, and ventilation. The heat in this room naturally activates the ripening process. This control is crucial to ensure each piece of fruit ripens evenly, without compromising its flavor and nutritional qualities.
•In parallel, we use a controlled ethylene emission process, a natural gas that helps stimulate and regulate fruit ripening. This gas is used precisely to accelerate the ripening of certain fruits, such as bananas and mangoes, ensuring they reach optimal maturity at the time of distribution. This method is entirely natural and complies with strict organic farming standards.
•Throughout the process, we closely monitor the ripening of each batch of fruit to ensure that each fruit reaches perfect maturity at the time of distribution, without compromising on quality.
